A few months ago a woman named the agency. She was looking for her daughter that she had lost contact with some years ago. The daughter had been to University and dropped out. Our client was extremely annoyed and felt her daughter had wasted her life and every person else’s time and cash. They had a massive argument and haven’t spoken since. This was fifteen years ago and our client had decided that life was too short to be angry.
We asked our client when the last time she had observed or heard from her daughter was. She told us she saw her daughter the day right after the argument in the family house. She had a rucksack plus a couple of boxes and she stated she was going to move in with her new boyfriend and then they had been going to travel the world. Her daughter sent her several post cards from the places that she had travelled to and also the odd Christmas card. We had been delighted to discover that the daughter and her boyfriend had been married and they had two youngsters. They were living in Liverpool and each of them had been in very good jobs. Our client named her daughter and they had a very tearful and pleased reunion. Our client was thrilled to be a grandmother and mother again.
